Busan is a port wedged between mountains and the sea. Coloured houses stacked up a hillside in layers, a long beach with towers behind it, a fish market that runs the length of a quay, and a temple built right on the rocks with waves under it. The colour is brighter and the mood looser than the capital. Mountains come down to the water on every side, so the city climbs rather than spreads. The Busan pieces come as prints, ornaments and the smaller things.
