Nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Every piece is painted once, then printed or fired to order, made to order and shipped worldwide. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it leaves.
Free shipping in Canada and the US once your cart passes $114 CAD. Exact processing and transit times by country are set out in our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
14 days, personalised excluded
Fourteen days from the day it arrives to ask for a refund or an exchange. Write to us first, then send the piece back unused. Return postage is paid by you.
Once it reaches us we check it over, then process the refund or send the exchange.
Personalised pieces are made for you alone, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If a piece arrives damaged, we will refund or exchange it. Send us a photo and we will sort it out.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Signed in, every order and its status also lives under Account. No account yet, the link in your shipping confirmation email is all you need.

Are these really your own paintings?
Every place and piece starts as a painting or drawing done by hand, then made into the ornament, print or object you buy. One person, one house, since 2024.
Can you paint a place that isn't on the site yet?
Often, yes. Tell us the town on the Request a place page and we'll let you know if we can take it on.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Rates and timing are shown at checkout once you enter your address, and set out in full in our shipping policy.
How long before my order ships?
Everything is made to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so processing takes a little longer than a mass produced item. Current timing is in our shipping policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Write to us with a photo and we'll make it right.
