Refund policy

We want you to keep what you buy for a long time. If something is not right, here is how it works.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible, the piece must come back unused and in the condition it reached you, with proof of purchase. Write to us first at Cutebeepix@gmail.com or use contact form, and we will tell you how to send it back. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you. Once the piece reaches us we check it over, then process the refund or send the exchange.

Personalised pieces

Anything personalised is made for you alone, so it cannot be refunded or exchanged. That includes any piece carrying a name, a date or your own words. Please check your spelling before you order.

This does not apply if we made the mistake, or if the piece arrives damaged. See below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Please look at your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at Cutebeepix@gmail.com with a photo and we will refund or exchange it. This applies to personalised pieces too.

Exchanges

Tell us which piece you would like instead when you write to us. Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we send the new piece out.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and checked your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, write to us at Cutebeepix@gmail.com.

European Union, 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. The piece must come back unused and in the condition it reached you, with proof of purchase. Personalised pieces are excluded from this right, as goods made to your specification.
