Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once produced, orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Average delivery times:

  • United States: 3 to 17 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 14 business days

  • United Kingdom / EU: 7 to 15 business days

  • Australia / International: 7 to 20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carriers, customs, and local postal services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type. Some items may ship separately to speed up delivery.

If we offer free shipping promotions, they apply automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or lost, contact us. We’ll help contact the carrier and resolve it. Lost packages will be replaced once the carrier confirms non-delivery.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the fulfillment location. This does not affect your shipping cost.
