1. How long does processing take?
All items are made-to-order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), it may take slightly longer.
2. How long is shipping?
Average delivery times:

3. Do you offer tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
4. Why did I receive my items in separate packages?
We ship from multiple fulfillment locations. To speed up delivery, items in the same order may arrive separately. You are not charged extra for this.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items for most items.
For all other reasons, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you.
6. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us immediately with photos. We will replace the item for free.
7. What if the wrong address was entered at checkout?
Please double-check your address before ordering. If it's wrong please contact us in 24 hours.
If the address is incorrect and the order is returned, reshipping fees apply.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot replace it for free.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within the first 2 hours of placing your order.
After production starts, cancellation isn’t possible.
9. Do you offer gift options?
Yes. Many customers order our products as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarming, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and travel memories.
We don’t offer gift wrapping right now, but our products come packaged securely and ready to gift.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping time will vary based on your location.
11. What if my tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Check with neighbors, building mailroom, or local post office.
If not found, contact us and the carrier directly.
12. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes. Email us for bulk orders or custom designs and we’ll arrange special pricing.
13. Do you make custom orders?
Yes. If you want a specific design, city, name, or personal request, message us.
We love creating custom pieces.
