Porto is the darker, steeper cousin down the coast from Lisbon. Granite and iron, the Douro cutting a gorge through the middle of it, port lodges lining the far bank, and the blue of Sao Bento station where the tiles cover an entire wall. The bridge does what a skyline does in other cities. It is a working town that happens to be beautiful, and the pieces here lean into that: deeper cobalt, heavier line, and the river doing the composition. It comes as a print, an ornament and the rest.
