Nara, Japan.

3 pieces

Nara is a park with deer walking through it and a wooden hall big enough to hold a bronze buddha several storeys high. Lanterns in stone and bronze along the paths to a shrine in vermilion, pagodas over the trees, and moss under the cedars. The colour is vermilion, bronze and deep green. It was the capital before Kyoto and the temples are older for it. The deer bow their heads for a biscuit, which they were not taught to do. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
