Dubrovnik is a walled town on a rock with the Adriatic all round it. Limestone streets polished smooth by centuries of feet, terracotta roofs packed so tight they read as one surface from above, and water so clear the colour looks exaggerated when it is not. It is the roofs and the wall that make it drawable, one warm mass against blue. The work here keeps that contrast and comes as a print, an ornament, a coaster and the rest.
