Cordoba is a mosque with a cathedral built inside it, a forest of red and white striped arches with a baroque nave dropped into the middle. Whitewashed lanes with courtyards full of pots, a roman bridge across the river, and a festival in May when the courtyards are opened and judged. The colour is white wall, geranium red and that arcade. It was the largest city in Europe when most of the others were villages. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
