Krabi is limestone towers standing out of the sea and out of the rice fields inland, with mangrove along the river and long beaches beyond. Climbers come for the cliffs, longtail boats run between the islands, caves cut into the rock hold shrines, and the water goes jade in the shallows. The colour is grey limestone, green and turquoise.
