Jasper is the quieter of the two great mountain parks, bigger and emptier, with a glacier field at one end that you can walk out onto. Turquoise lakes, a canyon with waterfalls stepping down it, elk on the roadside in the evening, and a dark sky preserve that makes the stars absurd. The mountains are grey limestone with ice in the high bowls. The colour is glacier blue, grey rock and spruce. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
