Huntsville is a rocket town in the foothills, with a full sized launch vehicle standing beside the highway and a space centre that trained the programme that reached the moon. A restored antebellum district of brick and timber sits downtown, springs feed a creek through the middle, and the mountains rise green immediately to the south. More rocket engineers live here per head than anywhere else in the country. Cotton mills built the first town here and their brick buildings have been turned into studios and breweries rather than pulled down. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
