Memphis is neon, brick and the Mississippi going past very wide and very brown. Beale Street signs stacked above each other, a bridge outlined in light, cotton warehouses turned to other uses, and a heat that settles in for the summer. The colour runs warm and a little faded, which suits the retro work. Ducks march through the lobby of one hotel twice a day on a red carpet. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and the smaller things.
