Atlanta is a city in a forest. Tree canopy closes over whole neighbourhoods so the towers appear between branches rather than above a plain, and the ground rolls in low red clay hills. A gold dome sits on the capitol, freight lines and a beltline path thread through old industrial land, and dogwoods and azaleas take over for a few weeks each spring. The colour is red earth and deep green with glass catching the light above it. The Atlanta work here takes that and puts it on a wall, on a tree, or under a cup.
