Congaree National Park
3 pieces
Congaree is old growth bottomland forest on a floodplain, with some of the tallest trees in the east standing in water. Boardwalks over black water, cypress knees coming up through it, reflections doubling everything, and fireflies that flash together for a few weeks in early summer. Floods come through several times a year and are the reason the trees are so tall. Canoeing between the trunks in high water is the way to see it. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
