Annapurna is a range rather than a single peak, with a sanctuary at the middle ringed by walls of ice and a circuit that takes weeks to walk. Terraced fields and rhododendron forest on the approaches, villages of stone and slate, prayer flags on the passes, and mountains that appear at dawn and are gone behind cloud by ten. It was the first peak over eight thousand metres that anyone climbed. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
