Wichita sits on a river in the middle of the plains with a keeper of the plains statue at the confluence and fire pots lit beside it in the evening. Brick streets in the old district, grain elevators standing over flat land, and skies that do a great deal of the work. Aircraft have been built here for a century and the town is proud of it. The flint hills to the east are the last of the tallgrass prairie. The pieces here come as prints, ornaments and more.
